NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDED 2025 BUDGET
NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed amended budget has been submitted to the Misty
Acres Metropolitan District Board of Directors for the year of 2025. A copy of the proposed
budget is on file at the offices of District Counsel Monteith Law, LLC, 4610 S. Ulster St., #150,
Denver, CO 80237 where the same is open for public inspection, by emailing wendy {at} monteith-
law.com.
The proposed amended budget will be considered at a public hearing during a regular meeting
of the Board of Directors to be held at 19855 Alexandria Dr, Monument, CO 80132 on
Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 6:00 PM. Any interested elector of the Misty Acres Metropolitan
District may inspect the proposed amended budget and file or register any objections thereto at
any time prior to the final adoption of the amended budget.
