NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Misty Acres Metropolitan District Board of Directors for the year of 2022. A copy of the proposed budget is on file at the home of Board Chair Chet Sawyer, 1845 Lantern Tree Grove, Monument, CO 80132, where the same is open for public inspection, by emailing Mr. Sawyer atcbsawyer1@comcast.net.
The proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing during a Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 1845 Lantern Tree Grove, Monument, CO 80132 on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Any interested elector of the Misty Acres Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
The proposed budget will be discussed and voted on.
