NOTICE OF HEARING ON EXCLUSION
Notice is given that a petition has been filed with the Board of Directors of the Misty
Acres Metropolitan District of El Paso County, Colorado, seeking exclusion of certain
lands from such District.

General Description: A tract of land in Section 2, Township 11 South, Range 66 West of
the 6 th Principal Meridian, El Paso County, Colorado, consisting of approximately 31.89
acres, located northeast of Monument, in the area south of County Road 404 and along
the eastern side of 1-25. A full legal description can be provided upon request.
All persons interested shall appear at the designated time (August 21, 2025 at 6:00 pm)
at 19855 Alexandria Drive, Monument, CO 80132 and show cause in writing why the
petition should not be granted. The failure of any person in the existing District to file a
written objection shall be taken as an assent to the exclusion of the area described in
this notice.
