NOTICE OF PROPOSED 2023 BUDGET  

 

NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Misty Acres Metropolitan District Board of Directors for the year of 2023.  A copy of the proposed budget is on file at the home of Board Chair Chet Sawyer, 1845 Lantern Tree Grove, Monument, CO 80132, where the same is open for public inspection, by emailing Mr. Sawyer at cbsawyer1@comcast.net. 

The proposed budget will be considered at a public hearing during a regular meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at 1845 Lantern Tree Grove, Monument, CO 80132 on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:00 PM. Any interested elector of the Misty Acres Metropolitan District may inspect the proposed budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.

Special Meeting - Woodmoor Water Easement

The Misty Acres Metro board will meet to discuss and vote on an easement for Woodmoor Water.  The meeting will be virtual and held on Sept 13 at 6PM.

Aug 18 Board Meeting

The next Misty Acres Metro District board meeting will be 6PM on August 18. It will be hosted by Chet at his house at 1845 Lantern Tree Grove. All are welcome to attend. We will be discussing standard business and discussing an easement for a water line through Metro District property.
